TrustID Launch Right to Work Service for the Republic of Ireland
As the UK’s leading provider of Right to Work services, TrustID are pleased to announce the launch of our latest service to cover compliance with Right to Work legislation in the Republic of Ireland.
Following requests from UK companies with operations in Ireland, we have extended our industry-leading Right to Work service to include specific ‘workflows’ which incorporate the necessary compliance logic for Ireland. The service has been built in consultation with the Workplace Relations Commission and leading Irish compliance and HR professionals.
The latest TrustID service supports validation of the documents which a candidate might legitimately present to establish their employment eligibility in the Republic of Ireland. The service can be set up with the relevant backend workflow which can be configured to enable hiring managers in each respective country (UK or Ireland) to easily request the evidence which they require.
The Irish service is based on the same straightforward pay-per-credit model offered by our other Right to Work service and employers can invite applicants in both the UK and Ireland to upload their documents remotely through their mobile device, using an email invitation.
Tony Machin, CEO at TrustID, commented, “We have developed this new service in direct response to customer demand and we’re delighted that we can expand our leading services into Ireland. Our latest solution is tailored for those UK companies recruiting in Ireland; it streamlines Right to Work onboarding checks, specific to the region where they are hiring.”
